Nine new affordable housing developments are currently being constructed in Gauteng by Multi Spectrum Property (MSP).
The properties which are being developed as far afield as Pretoria West, Midvaal, Polokwane, Mamelodi and Benoni include a series of small one, two-and-three bedroom complexes done in the styles of more upmarket complexes in JHB north.
The Campus View development for example includes 251 Tuscan-style homes, with six different options to choose from and is priced from R619,900 to R759,900 respectively.
These homes feature beautiful finishes and tiled floors throughout, showers, solar geyser, aluminium window frames, splashback tiling, double kitchen sink and washing machine connection, burglar proofing and paved outside patios.
MSP’s Director of Sales and Marketing, David Britz said, “’Affordable homes’ does not mean that people will get sub-standard homes. MSP aims to uplift communities and the quality of our products testifies to this.”
