“There is a high demand for socially affordable housing in South Africa and developments such as Carnival Gardens, help those who qualify, to get a foot in the property market. The ground layout, design and landscaping has been carefully thought through and utilises top quality products, such as our pavers, garden kerbs and retaining blocks, which have created an attractive and aesthetically pleasing finish to the complex” said Arno Smuts, Technicrete Sales Consultant.

“Our pavers are renowned for their longevity and hard-wearing surface, which make them ideal for residential complexes and the anticipated high traffic and foot flow”.
