Just seen on the City of Cape Town (CoCT) website (19/04/2021), the new CoC which is far more detailed than the earlier certificate of completion.

The detail is good in that it commits a plumber to fully appreciating the impact of the CoC, and thankfully the silly term “suitably accredited plumber” used on the previous form has been disposed of and replaced with “a qualified, registered plumber” – registration referring to a CoCT registered plumber.
