As affordable housing has to grow on the continent to supply housing to its people, such building must be balanced by correct standards, ensuring that what is built with whatever material is done to provide housing that is safe and secure.
CAHF looks at the rental market and rights and responsibilities of tenants and landlords during the time of Covid-19 and ECESA Executive Director looks at issues surrounding building correctly on the right sites within the framework of compulsory standards.
