On 29 April, in celebration of Freedom Day, 77 title deeds were handed to new home owners in the Hillside Village Development, Idas Valley, Stellenbosch.

They were distributed door-to-door by four teams from Housing Administration. The Executive Mayor, the Municipal Manager and Temba Nolutshungu handed over title deeds to the oldest recipients.
