Abland, one of South Africa’s leading property developers for over 30 years, has commenced with the demolition on the site of the future multimillion-rand, mixed-use development called The Rubik.

Once complete, the Rubik will measure 22 600m², comprising 5 000m² of office space and 6 000m² of residential living. The remainder will be made up of parking and retail. Communal facilities on the roof of the building will include a pool and braai facilities, perfect for city living. The Rubik is set to be completed in 2022.
